The Service
LeadDistribution.io provides software for capturing, segmenting, routing, and distributing leads between sellers, buyers, and sub-accounts. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, including by distributing unlawful or fraudulently sourced leads, violating the privacy or consent rights of lead contacts, attempting to disrupt the platform, or reselling access in a manner not permitted by your plan.
Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Lead Data & Compliance
You represent that any leads you submit or distribute were obtained lawfully and with all necessary consents. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing, privacy, and data-protection regulations.
Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership of the platform.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services for violations of these terms or for any conduct that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
